Bob Beckerman, President

Regarded as a pioneer in the areas of interactive marketing and strategic customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, Bob was co-founder and president of Texcom Marketing, one of Canada's first interactive marketing companies. Texcom provided Fortune 500 companies innovative, dialogue-based marketing solutions and implemented hundreds of successful programs across North America.

In 1991, Bob founded Relationship Marketing Resources, which, for 10 years, was a recognized leader in the emerging CRM space. He spearheaded the development of innovative CRM technology and software solutions for organizations that were passionate about their customer relationships. His clients included Levis, London Life, Janssen-Ortho, Royal Bank, Bell Canada, Canadian Tire, and Harvard Business Review.

In 2000, Bob founded Raybec Communications to help organizations realize the untapped potential of their customer relationships. His wealth of CRM and marketing experience has been a driving force in Raybec's success.

Bob's experience spans financial services, pharmaceutical, retail, manufacturing, not-for-profit, insurance, automotive and publishing. Bob holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto.

Martin Traub-Werner, Vice-President

A strong relationship builder, Martin leads Raybec's operations, dividing his time between ensuring the success of existing client engagements and bringing compelling solutions to a growing base of new clients.

Martin has spent more than a decade working in and with Fortune 500 companies, consulting to sales, service, and operations leaders across North America.

Martin has also worked south of the border with Avery Denison in Southern California, South Carolina and Philadelphia. He spent two years working in Tijuana, Mexico, where he was one of four operations leaders responsible for building, opening and operating a new green-field manufacturing facility.

In Canada, Martin worked as an internal consult at Liberty Mutual for the company's Canadian operations where he was responsible for bringing people, process, and technology solutions to Liberty Mutual's sales and service organizations.

It was at Liberty Mutual that Martin first worked with Raybec Communications, who were responsible for bringing an incremental 5% retention increase during the key renewal period in a particularly difficult market. Having witnessed first-hand the powerful impact of Raybec's relationship building services, Martin joined the company.

Martin is fluent in Spanish and has a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resources from Cornell University and an Honours B.A. in Economics and Spanish from York University. He is currently president of the Toronto Chapter of the American Marketing Association.
